Heinz Beans Commercial Recreation was a project I completed at Texas A&M University where we focused on recreating an existing commercial all on our own. For my interpretation, I designed a stylized monster that would be humanoid for a motion capture artist's data to be applied to it.

I was responsible for every part of the production pipeline from sculpting and painting the monster in ZBrush, to applying motion capture data through MotionBuilder, and completing all camera layout, lighting, and scene assembly in Unreal Engine. I also incorporated some of my own sound design to match the original commercial’s pacing and comedic energy.

The main challenge of this project was coordinating multiple software packages within a tight academic timeline, ensuring consistent scale, rig integrity, and performance quality throughout. Balancing technical accuracy with creative design pushed me to refine my cross-program workflow and problem-solving skills in a production-like environment.
